    Designation: Manager Operations

    Role & Responsibilities: -

    1. Expertise in project management in an NGO for at least 3 years.
    2. Knowledge of partnerships and grant/awards.

    4. Experience in program cycle management, and experience in a complex and matrix- managed organization

    11. Proven knowledge of KAP baseline Survey, MS Office applications, and capacity to learn and use other packages.

    Job Summary:

    Research Associate is a key role within the Sewa Fellowship team, focusing on doing the necessary research for social development by conducting online research, collaborating with academicians, developing thought-and-action frameworks, and creating capacity-building content for young development professionals and NGO leaders.

    The role requires a structured thinker with a background in public policy/social work/psychology, proficiency in MS Office tools, and the willingness to travel for meetings with academicians and practitioners. The ideal candidate should have excellent research and analytical skills, be comfortable with online research methodologies, be a conversational researcher, and possess the ability to develop robust frameworks for the social development sector.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct secondary research and collaborate with academicians and experts, both in India and globally, to gather insights and knowledge for research and capacity-building purposes for social development for leadership development.
    • Analyze research findings, synthesize information, and apply structured thinking to develop robust frameworks to guide the social development processes and nurture leadership.
    • Create engaging and impactful capacity-building content for courses targeting young development professionals and NGO leaders, including training modules, curriculum development, session planning, and resource creation.
