    Role & Responsibilities: -

    1. Expertise in project management in an NGO for at least 3 years.

    Job Summary:

    Research Associate is a key role within the Sewa Fellowship team, focusing on doing the necessary research for social development by conducting online research, collaborating with academicians, developing thought-and-action frameworks, and creating capacity-building content for young development professionals and NGO leaders.

    The role requires a structured thinker with a background in public policy/social work/psychology, proficiency in MS Office tools, and the willingness to travel for meetings with academicians and practitioners.
