Designation: Manager Operations
Location: West Patel Nagar, New Delhi
Salary Range: 40,000 to 45,000

Role & Responsibilities: -

1. Expertise in project management in an NGO for at least 3 years.
2. Knowledge of partnerships and grant/awards.
3. Leadership qualities, motivational skills, mentoring ability; proven experience overseeing and developing a team
4. Experience in program cycle management, and experience in a complex and matrix- managed organization
5. Knowledge of effective financial and budgetary controls; proven ability to manage budgets
6. Solid experience writing comprehensive, high-quality narrative reports for donors and other external constituencies; experience supporting national staff colleagues to engage in reporting by systematically collecting and compiling correct, meaningful information/data, etc.
7. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
8. Fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi is required.
9. Experience living and working in a complex environment; demonstrated ability to live/work and maintain personal wellness and productivity in such an environment
10. Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a highly stressful and challenging environment.
11. Proven knowledge of KAP baseline Survey, MS Office applications, and capacity to learn and use other packages.

Skills Required : -

1. Reporting and Documentation skills
2. Basic idea of Canva Software, Microsoft Package,
3. Substantial knowledge of organisational and project management.
4. Grant-making and program budgeting experience strongly preferred.
5. Good knowledge of data analysis and key performance indicators
