    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Leading the management and Agriculture extension support
    • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
    • Setting up and promoting company with membership of farmers in target cluster
    • Providing extension support to the project farmers including training on cropping techniques
    • Ensuring timely availability of quality inputs (seeds, fertilizers and pesticides) to the project farmers
    • Facilitating the company develop its business planning
    • Guiding field teams on convergence with government schemes
    • Securing credit access for the company
    • Helping in design innovations and development for mechanization and ensuring access to technology for up gradation of products and scaling the operations
    • Planning and providing support for brand-building and market linkages (Backward and forward linkages)
    • Assisting the company in securing trade licenses and meeting legal compliances.
    • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
    • Coordinating with staff and internal resources
    • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports
    • Report and escalate to management as needed
    • Manage the relationship with the client , facilitating agency and all stakeholders
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
    • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
    • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
    • Ensuring smooth project management including documentation of activities on the MIS.

    Roles & Responsibility 

    • Build a fundraising pool and pipeline of HNIs, Foundations, and CSRs for the fundraising needs of the program.
    • Reach out to potential funders and ensure adequate follow-ups for acquisition and retention.
    • Analyse, implement and monitor new growth potentials by introducing new fundraising channels, up scaling existing activities and introducing innovative activities for fundraising.
    • Develop project proposals, concept notes, presentations and budgets for pitching Conceptualize, plan and execute fundraising events for donor recognition and nurturing a pipeline.
    • Manage donor relationships basis their reporting needs on a continuing basis and ensure timely reporting and due diligence as per their expectations
    • Engage multiple-stakeholders:
    • Collaborate with cities to collect Fellow stories and regional updates.
    • Work with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
    • Work with the Strategy and Learning team and the Training and Impact team to report the most accurate impact data.

    Skills Required

    • Graduate/Postgraduate in any field
    • 0- 3+ years of relevant work experience in external-facing roles (e.g. public relations, government relations, management consulting, business development, Ngo Management)
    • Ability to motivate a team and develop individuals over time
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to analyse complex financials and data sets, drawing conclusions, narratives, and communicating impact stories to external partners.
    • Knowledge and ability to run targeted online campaigns to achieve crowd funding targets.

    Skills Required

    1. Degree in Communications, Journalism or a related field preferred. MBA or Management degree with relevant experience in a creative industry will be considered
    2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    3. 2+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing roles

    Roles & Responsibility –

    As a Partnership Manager:

    • Responsible for organising meetings and communicating the progress reports monthly with the partner organisations.

    • Overseeing a monitoring and evaluation system with strategic direction, to guide fellows/team/stakeholders abilities to continuously improve the learning experiences of the fellows and other team members.

    Skill Required

    • Strong language skills (read/write/speak) especially in English and Hindi.
