Role and Responsibility:

• Looking for a ‘rockstar’ go-getter for planning, coordinating and executing events across India, with local project teams. We are looking for a self-driven, passionate, empathetic individual who is street-smart for coordination, and organized for long-term strategies.
• Managing event logistics including venue, food, branding, decor, technology etc.
• Plan and execute digital events for the organization including outreach, technology, speaker coordination, audience engagement and documentation.
• Planning financials for the event, including budget, vendors and expenses.
• Coordinating with vendors, including but not limited to: photography, catering, printing, procurements, technical support etc
• Project Management for extensive planning and timely execution.
• Nurture a volunteer support system for execution across geographies with support from local teams.
• Coordination with speakers, guests, delegates, partners etc.
• Travel coordination for different stakeholders of the event.
• Coordination with the Sewa International Bharat team and managing their requirements
• Reaching out to people through email and other social media platforms for participation
• Documentation of all events in active coordination with relevant stakeholders, including vendors, local partners, media, etc.

Skills Required:

1. Strong communication skills: Written and Verbal (English and Hindi).
2. Basics of Project Management.
3. Basic of Event Management.
4. Should be familiar with zoom, Instagram and YouTube.
