Roles and Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for the project(s) assigned, including design, management, and implementation.
- Carry out all monitoring operations necessary for the project, including day-to-day coordination, evaluations, and planning with the local personnel.
- Coordinate with all important parties, including project workers, government authorities, vendors, and any other relevant stakeholders.
- Responsible for timely reporting and quality documentation for the project(s) assigned.
- Tracking project budgets and ensuring timely finance and donor compliance.
- Providing accurate and timely reporting on programme status throughout its life cycle.
- Managing Field Staff and partner organizations
Qualifications/Experience
- A master's degree in social work, rural development, or a similar topic.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working in the social sector.
- Experience in community-based fieldwork in Rural Development, Menstrual Health, Women / Child Development, WASH, and other areas specific to Social Sector.
Requirements
- Experience with project management, including project tracking/progress monitoring, budget tracking.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, to effectively articulate, interpret, negotiate, report, and establish enduring working relationships and trust with partners and stakeholders.
- Strong writing skills essential in order to develop projects, prepare reports, technical papers, briefing papers and other Mission documents.
- Exhibit strong coordination and organisational skills applicable in multicultural work environments.
- Possess the aptitude to concurrently manage multiple complex tasks, perform effectively under pressure to achieve results, and collaborate seamlessly within a team environment
- Fluency in English and Hindi language proficiency, in speaking, reading, writing, is required.
