Roles & Responsibility –

• Responsible for organising meetings and communicating the progress reports monthly with the partner organisations.
• Execute strong donor reporting requirements via effective impact monitoring andevaluation systems. This would include collecting and analysing data, editing, stories from the Fellows, and drafting visually compelling reports.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for long-term and high-potential donors (CSR, Foundations and Individuals) and grow existing partnerships through superior engagement, donor delight, branding opportunities, impactful reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop a long-term productive renewal strategy for maximizing grant/donation sizes to scale Sewa fellowship programs and initiatives in the future.
  
  

Skills Required

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any field
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in external-facing roles (e.g. public relations, government relations, management consulting, business development, Ngo Management) 
• Ability to motivate a team and develop individuals over time
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
