Roles & Responsibility –

As a Partnership Manager:

• Responsible for organising meetings and communicating the progress reports monthly with the partner organisations.
• Execute strong donor reporting requirements via effective impact monitoring and evaluation systems. This would include collecting and analysing data, editing stories from the Fellows, and drafting visually compelling reports.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for long-term and high-potential donors (CSR, Foundations, and Individuals) and grow existing partnerships through superior engagement, donor delight, branding opportunities, impactful reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop a long-term productive renewal strategy for maximizing grant/donation sizes to scale Sewa fellowship programs and initiatives in the future.

As a People Manager:

• Set up strong performance management systems for the fellows towards reaching the goals
• Create differentiated support learning plans and support processes based on the needs of Fellows
• Driving engagement, growth, and retention of fellows to successfully graduate from the Fellowship
• Maintaining positive organisational relationships with the stakeholders involved and working closely with the partnership-relationship management for effective day to day problem-solving.
• Overseeing a monitoring and evaluation system with strategic direction, to guide fellows/team/stakeholders abilities to continuously improve the learning experiences of the fellows and other team members.
• Exploring avenues to expand Sewa’s footprint, including tier II and III, by leveraging the existing initiatives to set them up for scale.

Skill Required

• Strong language skills (read/write/speak) especially in English and Hindi.
• 10+ years of total working experience in Social Sector.
• 8+ years of project management experience in rural setting with at least 20 employees.
