The Sewa Fellowship Program offers an excellent opportunity for youth to gain experiential learning and immerse themselves in the development sector. The program's design, including boot camps for peer learning, could be further improved with a better M&E mechanism and continuous mentorship. The present cohort needs to be more self-driven and adapt to the sector's uncertainties. Structuring the program and creating an online platform for sharing and learning would be a great initiative.
