Volunteers of Sewa International distributed food materials like atta, rice, potato's, fruit juices for kids etc, of migrants from Mahoba, UP staying around Ashok Nagar area in Delhi. These landless migrants from UP are dependent on odd jobs/labour work for their daily wages. Poverty forced them to move to Delhi looking for livelihoods, but lockdown has left them in precarious situation. They even lack the ration cards as their locality is not recognized, leaving them with no options. The food ration delivered by our volunteers would help them survive till lockdown is there.
